20th Annual U.S. EWHA Golf Tournament

Don’t miss the 20th annual U.S. Electric Wheelchair Hockey Association (U.S. EWHA) golf tournament, our premier annual event to raise funds to support wheelchair hockey (PowerHockey) in Minnesota and throughout North America. Join us for a fun filled day of golf, food, fun, friends and prizes.

Over 100 golfers will tee off in a shotgun start at 1 p.m. on Friday July, 2016 at the Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, MN. Upon arriving participants will register, warm up their swing at the course’s driving range, putting green and/or the three hole practice loop. Upon completion of the four person scramble style golf tournament, participants will enjoy a dinner and banquet featuring a raffle and silent auction. The post tournament banquet is hosted by hockey play-by-play announcer Mr. Wally Shaver.

Cost:  $1​0​0 per person; includes golf, cart, and dinner

Hole Sponsor:  $100 – Includes name on sign at sponsored hole

Contests:  Longest Putt – Longest Drive – Closest-to-the Pin

Ridges at Sand Creek is spread out over 170 acres with 11 holes carved through the woods below a ridge and the other 7 holes laid out links-style on the upper portion of the property. Initially, the view of the golf course is of the links-style holes; but after just two holes, you will be below the ridge playing through a heavily wooded course that will feel as if it has been there for years.
